LAETITIA DOYLE
President

FFilm editorial/business consultant, producer; sales agent, Laetitia worked in Paris and San Francisco and created GDMC (Giansily-Doyle Media Consulting LLC.) in 2012 after moving to Washington DC where she launched the DC chapter of FIM in 2017.

She represents the Paris-based international distributor Terranoa (Gedeon Media Group) while also co-producing a docu-series with Talweg; Room 608 for Arte Creative, and developing different projects.

MARTINE MELLOUL
Vice-President

Martine was EVP of billion-dollar fashion house BCBG Max Azria before pursuing her passion in entertainment and founding her own production company, Kali Pictures. She currently works on a slate of projects across film, TV and unscripted. 

Lee BECKETT
Treasurer

Lee Beckett is the Emmy award-winning Sr. Vice President of Ish Entertainment. She began her career producing films internationally, leading to a role as SVP of Production for writer/director Jeremy Leven (Don Juan de Marco, The Legend of Bagger Vance, The Notebook). She then expanded into non-fiction as Vice President of Production at ABC News Documentaries. Fluent in French, Lee has produced in several countries including France, Portugal, Spain and Morocco.

PENELOPE MALFILATRE
GENERAL SECRETARY

Penelope runs the US chapter of SubLab, the company that developed “Ulysse”, a new generation of motion control.
She’s also writing her first documentary
and developing a film project as Creative Producer.

Sacha is a composer, orchestrator, and conductor, founder and president of 1908 Scoring Studios, based in LA. His credits include a variety of genres from indies to major studio films, TV series, global ad campaigns, and symphonic concerts.





MATTEO DENEUX
EAST COAST Events & Partnerships

Mattéo is a film director and photographer based in Washington D.C. he has collaborated with prominent television production companies in France and has experience in capturing various subjects such as prime-time TV shows, live concerts, and documentaries. Mattéo is currently writing and developing a documentary film.

stéphanie Valloatto
Head of USFR

Stéphanie is a French screenwriter and film director, based in New York City. She has written and directed a dozen documentaries for TV. Her first feature length documentary “Cartoonists foot soldiers of democracy” has been selected at Cannes Film Festival, was nominated for the César Awards, and received the Henri Langlois Award for Best Documentary.

EMANUEL MIRANDA
Lead Global Programming

Emanuel is a producer and film director based in Washington, DC. He leads a practice with extensive experience in cinema, advertisement, and journalism. Driven by his multicultural education, Emanuel embraces diversity as a prism through which he explores and shares thought-provoking narratives.

Caroline Maréchal

HEAD OF COMS

Caroline is an LA-based French Publicity and Public Relations Specialist with over 20+ years of experience in the film and television industries.
Before her recent move to the U.S., she was one of the Publicity Managers at WARNER BROS. PICTURES for 15 years after spending nearly a decade at UNIVERSAL PICTURES VIDEO and M6.

Sasha G. Behar
COMMUNITY MANAGER

Sasha is a French-American production assistant and screenwriter. Born and raised in Paris, she moved to New York City after graduating from the Sorbonne.

Sebastien VERGNE
Head of NY Chapter

Sebastien is a Franco-Hispanic global senior producer currently based in New York. He started as a project manager for cultural institutions, Latin American film festivals, and theater corporations. He is now working on international projects, such as documentaries, music videos, fashion and beauty film/ photography.

Jean-Aimé is a filmmaker, producer, and editor, based in New York. He started his career telling stories for media and luxury brands. After 10 years he has now put his beliefs at the center of his work and created a new production company giving them life and motion.

Benoit COHEN
Co-Founder

Born in 1969, Benoit is a French producer, filmmaker and writer. After studying architecture in Paris and filmmaking at New York University, he directed six feature films, several documentaries, and TV Series, and wrote two books translated in multiple languages.

Eléonore POURRIAT
Co-Founder

Eléonore is a French screenwriter, actress and director who lives in New York. Her short film, Oppressed Majority and her feature film, I'm Not an Easy Man (Netflix Original), are international hits. She just published her first novel, Histoire d’Adrián Silencio.

Quitterie is a marketing and partnerships specialist with over 15 years of experience in the media industry where she worked several years on digital promotion and marketing in the movie industry. She was also head of marketing and partnerships for Premiere.
