US & FRENCH CONNECTION during GOTHAM WEEK.

Partners for 9 years, FRENCH IN MOTION and THE GOTHAM Film & Media Institute are

renewing their joint program US & FRENCH CONNECTION this year. After the great success of Gotham Week 2024, this year's US & FRENCH CONNECTION program will once again enable French filmmakers and producers to take part in the ultra-selective Gotham Week, from September 29 to October 3, 2025, in Brooklyn.

FRENCH IN MOTION, under the leadership of Laetitia Doyle, President, and Stéphanie Valloatto, Head of the Program, in collaboration with Gabriele Capolino, Director of International

at THE GOTHAM, is honored to unveil the 2025 selection from its US & FRENCH CONNECTION program. 

Among the 30 projects received this year, 3 have been selected by a prestigious jury of industry professionals, composed of directors and producers working in New York, Los Angeles, Washington DC, San Francisco, and Paris.

Throughout the week, the teams will participate in pitching sessions, thematic workshops, dozens of one-on-one meetings organized by THE GOTHAM with potential buyers and partners, as well as a multitude of networking events and informal gatherings organized by HBO, Amazon, Warner...

We are excited to bring two feature films and one documentary project to the only international co-production market in the United States during Gotham Week.
